What We Offer
Brian Wellness works across a range of integrated offerings — bodywork and recovery, executive performance, membership, retreats, field experiences, and a curated marketplace. Every offering is built around the same foundation: listening to what the body needs and responding with precision.
Bodywork Sessions
One-on-one sessions that work with the physical and energetic layers of the body. Whether you're recovering from overextension, managing chronic tension, or looking to maintain peak physical function, sessions are tailored to where you are — not a generic protocol.
Sessions are available at three levels based on depth, duration, and focus.
The Executive Calibration Method (ECM)
A performance framework designed for professionals, executives, and high-output individuals. ECM addresses the systems that sustain performance over time — energy management, recovery rhythms, physical maintenance, and the habits that keep you operating at your best. Available as individual sessions and structured programs.
SOLIS Membership
An ongoing access portal for committed clients. SOLIS members receive priority scheduling, exclusive resources, and continuity of care — built for those who treat their wellness as a long-term investment, not a one-time fix.
RETREAT
Immersive retreat experiences designed to create space for deep rest, reset, and renewal. RETREAT offerings bring the Brian Wellness approach into dedicated time away — structured for those who need more than a session to recalibrate.
ATLAS FIELD
Research and development for nervous system regulation human performance in the way, is that people respond to different forms of therapeutic and sensory input.
The Market
A curated selection of products aligned with the Brian Wellness approach — recovery tools, performance aids, and lifestyle objects chosen for quality and intention. Everything in the Market is there because it belongs in a well-considered wellness practice.
SIGNAL
An evolving visual and sonic journal from Brian Wellness—featuring short films, sound, objects, and collaborations that explore rhythm, atmosphere, and how we return to ourselves. SIGNAL is where new releases, seasonal ideas, and creative experiments first take form.
Why Brian Wellness?
Most wellness systems treat symptoms in isolation. Brian Wellness was built on a different premise — that the body is always communicating, and that real care means learning to listen.
Every signal the body sends — hunger, fatigue, pain, disconnection — is a tension between what is available and what is actually needed. Hunger is the gap between current energy and the body's fuel requirement. Fatigue is the gap between current capacity and the need for restoration. Pain signals a need for protection, adaptation, or change — but rarely tells you exactly what to do about it.
That's where most approaches fall short. They manage the signal without addressing the need.
Brian Wellness was built around four principles that change that:
Recovery — restoring what's been depleted, so the body has something to work with.
Integration — connecting systems and making sense of what the body is telling us.
Adaptation — meeting the body where it is, not where we think it should be.
Needs — honoring what's actually required, not just what's convenient.
This work lives at the intersection of bodywork, performance, and lifestyle — rooted in Northern California and built to serve people who take their wellbeing seriously. Through one-on-one sessions, practitioner frameworks, corporate workshops, and a curated marketplace, Brian Wellness offers solutions to the signals your body is sending — before they become unmanageable.

Kalipha Sidime
Founder & Primary Practitioner
Kalipha Sidime is the founder and primary practitioner behind Brian Wellness. A Northern California native, his work grew from years of studying movement, recovery, massage therapy, yoga, assisted stretching, sound therapy, and nervous-system regulation.
Kalipha completed massage therapy training in Davis in 2025 and is CAMTC certified. His additional training includes a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, sound-healing certification, and NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach certification. His approach may incorporate Swedish and deep-tissue massage, acupressure, assisted stretching, Table Thai techniques, cupping, positional release, cranial holds, sound, and other restorative methods based on the individual.
His philosophy is that the body is constantly communicating. Rather than forcing change or treating every symptom in isolation, Kalipha listens for patterns involving stress, movement, recovery, and performance. Sessions are slower, specific, and responsive — designed to help clients feel more grounded, capable, and connected to what their bodies need.
Through Brian Wellness, Kalipha works with people who are stepping into demanding new chapters, managing high levels of responsibility, or simply refusing to accept chronic tension and exhaustion as normal. The experience is personal, thoughtful, and clinical without feeling cold.
