Performance Continuity
Every provider has a place, purpose and appropriate time.
Primary-care physicians, physical therapists and mental-health professionals address clinical health concerns. Fitness instructors develop physical capacity, while sports and relaxation massage support exercise, recovery and general well-being.
Brian Wellness occupies a separate space.
We provide high-touch, nonmedical performance support for individuals and teams whose responsibilities require more than an occasional wellness appointment. The work is designed for people who are not necessarily injured or in crisis, but whose workload, physical tension, travel, decision-making demands or limited recovery are beginning to affect how they operate.
Through the Executive Calibration Method, each engagement is adapted to the person, their environment and the demands immediately in front of them. Provider pairings are based not only on technique, but also on compatibility, discretion and the ability to understand the client's world.
Three-Day Private Intensive
A concentrated engagement consisting of three consecutive days of individualized support.
Sessions may range from one to three hours depending on the client, the purpose of the intensive and how the body responds from one day to the next. This format is appropriate before, during or after a particularly demanding professional or personal period.
Seven-Day Private Intensive
Seven consecutive days of individualized support, generally scheduled for one to two hours per day.
Morning sessions may be used to prepare the client for sustained demands, while evening sessions can help them transition out of a heavy workday and begin recovering before the next one. Timing, session length and techniques are adjusted throughout the engagement rather than forcing the same session every day.
Embedded Team Performance Retainer
Short-term, on-site performance support for a selected leadership, deal, production or project team.
Brian Wellness may be present in the office for four to six hours per day across four to seven consecutive days. Sessions are organized around responsibility, workload and timing rather than divided evenly among participants.
For example, the engagement may begin with the lead decision-maker, continue with key support personnel and return to the lead later in the morning after additional meetings or decisions have occurred.
This is not a general employee chair-massage event. It is an intentionally limited engagement designed to support the people carrying the greatest concentration of responsibility during a demanding period.
Ongoing Performance Maintenance
Intensives may also develop into a weekly or monthly working relationship.
Ongoing sessions provide continuity, allowing the practitioner to understand recurring patterns, respond earlier and adjust the work as the client's schedule, responsibilities and physical demands change.
Quarterly Capacity Review
A structured review of the client's current workload, physical stress patterns, travel, recovery practices, home routines and recurring points of friction.
The purpose is to identify where additional support may be useful, establish an appropriate rhythm of care and determine when another qualified professional should be included.
Brian Wellness does not replace primary healthcare, physical therapy or mental-health care. We work alongside those providers while addressing the nonclinical performance demands that can otherwise go unsupported.
Corporate Experiences and Workshops
Brian Wellness also provides corporate yoga, sound therapy, mobility sessions, wellness education and customized group experiences.
These programs may support team connection, recovery or conventional workplace wellness goals. They are offered independently from private intensives and embedded performance retainers.
